Dress like an athlete and pretend you're at the Olympics with a bunch of other guys and gals that are dressed for the Olympics as well. You can wear summer OR winter sporting attire, so get creative.
Cover before 11pm goes to us, but best bet it to buy a ticket from Claire or I.

The Special Endrance II workout (see definitions here) I would usually do on Saturdays, I had to push to Sunday due to some commitments. This meant I had to run it solo, which can be mentally harder to do. However, yesterday - I tore it up with a 300/200. When I saw the time on my stopwatch when I crossed the line after my 300, I was pumped! I knew it was good.
Then today (Monday), I had a Special Endurance I workout - 4x150 with a 2 minute rest. Just focused on running relaxed but fast. Love these kinda workouts! It was another solo workout, with one teammate taking time off the track, and the other having just flown home from the Canadian Junior Championships the night before. No biggie tho. So used to doing solo workouts. Just a lot nicer when your coach is there to time you, which mine was today.
Really looking forward to these next 2 weeks of training before we leave for Belgium! Yikes - July went by so fast!
