I'm a high-performance, Varsity Track and Field athlete at the University of Toronto, studying Knowledge Management and Information Management to complement my Health Informatics degree from the University of Victoria. I was born and raised in Victoria, B.C.
2014 was my first CIS season (Canadian Interuniversity Sport), which I finished with a silver medal in the 300m (39.04), gold medal in the 4x400m relay (3:42.55), silver medal in the 4x200m relay (1:39.20), and 7th in the 60m (7.59). All of these were personal bests.
2013 At the 2013 Canadian Senior Track & Field Championships / 2013 World Trials, I secured a spot in the Women's 400m Final, along with 3 of my University of Toronto Track Club teammates. I place 7th overall. 2013 was my first year racing in the 400m at the Canadian T&F Championships.
2012 I specialized in the 100m and 200m sprints, and began to run a few 400m races. I won all three events in the 2012 BC Senior Track & Field Championships!
At the 2012 Canadian Senior Track & Field Championships / 2012 Olympic Trials, I ran my second fastest 100m time (11.94s), placing 9th in the 100m. I placed 11th in the 200m.

During the spring season of 2012, when I wasn't at her own workouts, I was helping the track & field team at Mt. Douglas Secondary School, where I graduated from in 2005. In 2012, the Mt. Doug track & field team scored the highest points they'd scored since 1986. It was an exciting season: The girls placed 8th overall, and the Mt. Doug team as a whole placed 8th as well.
